Shredded is for any man who wants to level up his spiritual life. Together we will study how the Bible reveals 7 habits each of us can begin to practice in our everyday lives. Each Wednesday this winter from 6:30 – 7:45pm, there will be teaching, discussion, and fellowship. If we want to build spiritual muscles, we’ve got to get “Shredded!”
