• Adult Ballet with Pilates – Tuesdays @ 12:45-1:45 pm, Band Room 
  • This class is not designed to replace anything you might already take in SecondFit, but it is an opportunity for us to blend the strength training of Pilates with the grace of ballet technique. Heather is a certified Pilates instructor, and she is going to give us ​ Level I version of the class she gives our ballerinas as they train for performances.
  • No experience is required!
• So You Think You CAN’T Dance – Thursdays @ 6:00-7:00, Aerobics Room
  • This class may be the most fun offering we have on the schedule this season. Inspired by a variety show, we’re going to let Callie Fry teach us ALL. THE. MOVES. every Thursday. I have no idea what she has planned, but I know it will be REALLY FUN.
  • And, again, no experience is required, but laughter is expected! (At yourself – not at me)

Please consider joining us: Your first class will be free with our registration fee; then we will offer a “CLASS PASS” to drop in up to eight classes throughout the season. (But we hope you will come to all of them!) The cost of the pass is $120 for eight classes.

It’s an amazing gift to us to have a place in our church where we can learn to worship God through music & movement, as students of all ages, and we would love to share it with you. Classes begin the week of August 24, so don’t delay!
